Setterwalls has assisted Mode Cold Brew AB in financing from the venture capital fund Uequity One AB.

Mode Cold Brew AB develops and sells ecological cold brewed coffee. The proceeds from the new issue of shares will be used to finance continued development and growth of the business. Uequity One is an alternative investment fund (AIF) within venture capital that invests in entrepreneur-led unlisted companies in the Nordic region.
