Setterwalls assists majority owner in the sale of the Colosseum Smile Group
Setterwalls has assisted Elims Invest AB, one of two majority owners, with the sale of the Colosseum Smile Group to Jacobs Holding AG.
Colosseum Smile Group is a leading provider of private dental care in Scandinavia with 52 clinics in Norway, Sweden and Denmark with an annual revenue that amount to NOK 1.2 billion.
