Setterwalls has advised BRK Invest AB on the sale of the BRK Group’s real estate portfolio to Evolv

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to BRK Invest on the sale of a portfolio of 24 properties to Evolv. In total, the properties comprise a leasable area of 81,000 sqm on 476,000 sqm of land.

The portfolio consists of high-quality truck and car repair facilities located in regional cities with strong access to infrastructure and established tenants.

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to BRK Invest throughout the transaction process and has also assisted with the structuring and packaging of the portfolio.
