Profile
Jesper Kuschel is a partner in the Banking & Finance group and the Real Estate group and has been with Setterwalls Advokatbyrå since 2010.
Jesper has more than 20 years of experience in banking and finance, often in the private equity, real estate and automotive sectors. He heads the Banking & Finance group at the Gothenburg office and leads Setterwalls’ German Desk. His clients are Swedish and international companies, institutions and banks.
Jesper advises on a broad range of financial transactions. These include acquisition finance, lending transactions involving both bank loans and bonds, and project finance. He also negotiates derivatives agreements. In addition, he advises banks and other financial institutions on financial regulatory matters.
Alongside his finance practice, Jesper has extensive experience of real estate transactions. Because he works in both banking and real estate law, he can handle a transaction and its financing together. Through the German Desk, he also supports clients with ties to the German market.
