Setterwalls has advised Catena AB on the divestment of ten properties
Setterwalls has advised Catena AB on the divestment of ten properties to Emilshus with a property value of approximately SEK 614 million. The properties, located in Halmstad, Trelleborg, Växjö, Ängelholm and Malmö, comprise a total lettable area of 53,100 sqm with an annual rental value of approximately SEK 45 million. Completion is expected on 1 July 2026.
The transaction comprises the sale of the properties Konen 5 (Halmstad), Tankbilen 9 (Trelleborg), Postiljonen 1 and Smeden 1 (Växjö), Rebbelberga 26:37 and Rebbelberga 26:38 (Ängelholm) as well as Olsgård 4, Slätthög 1, Slätthög 2 and Slätthög 6 (Malmö). The agreed purchase price exceeds the most recent valuation by approximately 8 percent. The divestment is in line with Catena’s strategy to optimise the long-term composition of the company’s overall property portfolio.
