Setterwalls has advised Crunchfish in connection with rights issue

Setterwalls has advised Crunchfish AB in connection with a rights issue of shares.

Crunchfish is a tech company developing a digital cash platform for banks, payment services and CBDC implementations and gesture interaction technology for AR/VR and automotive industry. Crunchfish is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market since 2016, with headquarters in Malmö and with representation in India.

Through the rights issue, Crunchfish receives issue proceeds of approximately SEK 51 million before issue costs.
