Setterwalls has advised Emballagegruppen i Sverige AB (”Emballagegruppen”) in connection with Emballagegruppen’s acquisition of the shares in NMH Packaging AB (“NMH Packaging”)

NMH Packaging is a well-established company that, by offering a wide range of customized load securing products, strapping, and related equipment, helps businesses ensure that their products are transported safely and efficiently. Emballagegruppen and NMH have both overlapping and unique customer relationships, and the acquisition presents significant opportunities for growth and deeper collaboration. The previous owners of NMH Packaging reinvested 10 percent in Emballagegruppen in connection with the transaction and will continue to be active within the group.

Emballagegruppen is an indirect subsidiary of Hammarviken Företagsutveckling AB, a Gothenburg-based group with long experience in investing in small and medium-sized companies looking to grow.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Emballagegruppen throughout the entire transaction process.
