Profile

Since 2019 I work as an associate, Member of the Swedish Bar Association, at Setterwalls, mainly in the areas of equity market law, banking & finance, company law and business transfers/M&A.

I assist both Swedish and foreign companies with advice relating to mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, incentive programs, rights issue, private placement, and various types of company law matters. I also assists clients in financial transactions, such as financing acquisitions, loan transactions (bank loans and bonds) and project financing. In my daily work I establish contracts and assist clients in private and public transactions. I work with listing processes and investigate issues related to compliance in the stock market and general company law.
