Setterwalls has advised Freemelt in connection with a rights issue

Setterwalls has assisted Freemelt Holding AB (publ) in connection with a fully guaranteed rights issue of shares of approximately SEK 66 million.

Freemelt is active in the 3D printing market of metal components, also known as additive manufacturing.
