Setterwalls acted as legal adviser to Gladsheim Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with the offering of a perpetual loan to existing shareholders, raising gross proceeds of approximately SEK 400 million.  

Gladsheim is a Swedish real estate company that focuses on rental housing. The company acquires, manages, and refines rental housing in medium-sized Swedish cities, university towns, and regional capitals. Gladsheim acquired its first properties in the spring of 2019 and has since expanded its portfolio to include over 3,000 apartments.
