Setterwalls has advised Helena Partners on strategic financing for Hilbert Group

Setterwalls has advised Helena Partners on a strategic financing agreement with Hilbert Group of up to USD 10 million, to be provided in two tranches.

The financing supports Hilbert’s continued growth and strategic initiatives and is subject to customary conditions. The transaction includes the issuance of convertible notes, shares, and warrants. Helena Partners is a Cayman Islands based investment firm focused on structured credit, special situations, and PIPEs (Private Investments in Public Equity) for listed companies. Hilbert Group is a quantitative investment company focused on algorithmic trading in digital asset markets and is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
