Setterwalls has advised K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of a residential property in Umeå from Bonava Sverige AB.

83 residential apartments shall be constructed at the property and the apartments will receive environmental certification. The underlying property value amounts to MSEK 158. The acquisition is structured as forward funding transaction meaning that the construction of the residential apartments is finalised by Bonava after the closing of the acquisition.
