Sonny is Counsel and member of the Swedish Bar Association in Setterwalls’ Real Estate group

Sonny advises Swedish and international clients on real estate matters and projects. His work focuses on property development, transactions and joint ventures. His clients include several major property owners, to whom he provides ongoing legal advice.

His work covers matters and negotiations on transfer agreements and rights of use such as leases, land leases and easements. It also covers land development, zoning plans and property subdivision. Sonny has vast experience of complex property development projects, where legal and commercial issues have to be handled together. He has also worked on proceedings relating to zoning plans and building permits.

His work has given him a solid understanding of the real estate sector’s requirements and commercial interests. His focus is on efficient solutions that add business value for clients.
