Setterwalls has advised Out of Home AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Smålands Skafferi AB.

Smålands Skafferi AB, based in Växjö, runs wholesale operations specialising in local fresh produce. The company was founded in 2015 by Oskar Jonsson and has since its inception been a customer-driven fresh produce supplier with a strong focus on locally produced food from Småland. Out of Home AB was established in 2015, with a mission to bring food producers closer to their customers through efficient e-commerce and transparency. Smålands Skafferi AB is Out of Home AB’s first strategic acquisition, and together, the group generates a turnover exceeding SEK 400 million.

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to Out of Home throughout the entire transaction process.
