Anders Holmgren is a partner in the Transactions Group and has been with Setterwalls Advokatbyrå since 2003.

Anders focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings. He advises Swedish and international companies on the acquisition and sale of private companies and on the restructuring of corporate groups. He heads Setterwalls’ Corporate and M&A Group.

Much of his transactional work is cross-border. As a result, he has extensive experience working both alongside and opposite international companies and advisers and running transactions that involve multiple jurisdictions and parties.

His transactional experience spans most industry sectors. He has particular experience in telecoms, industry, life sciences and retail.
