Setterwalls has advised Wästbygg Group in connection with the divestment of a project development portfolio to Klövern

Setterwalls acted as legal advisor to Wästbygg Group in connection with the entering into of an agreement regarding the sale of a project development portfolio consisting of land allocations and properties with a total of 1,400 apartments to Klövern. In addition, the agreement included construction contracts for five of the projects.

The Wästbygg Group is a listed construction and project development company that builds and develops residential, commercial buildings and community service properties, as well as logistics and industrial. Klövern is a housing and development company that develops sustainable housing for sale and its own management.

Setterwalls is acting as legal advisor to Wästbygg Group throughout the entire transaction process.
