Setterwalls has assisted Älvstranden Utveckling AB at the sale of office buildings

Setterwalls has assisted Älvstranden Utveckling AB at the sale of three major office buildings of approximately 35,000 square meters at Lindholmen. This is the biggest property transaction in Gothenburg so far this year. Atrium Ljungberg is the buyer, and thus makes its first acquisition in Gothenburg.

The buildings, which comprise especially modern and flexible office premises with exiting details and unique qualities from the shipbuilding era, were sold at a marketing value amounting to SEK 897 million. The agreement is conditional upon Gothenburg City Council approving the transfer. Possession will preliminary be taken on 30 September 2015.
