Setterwalls has assisted Arise AB (publ) in connection with a refinancing and early redemption of green bonds

Setterwalls has assisted Arise AB (publ) in connection with the company’s refinancing of a green facility of approximately EUR 52 million and a new revolving green facility of EUR 40 million with DNB Bank ASA. Arise has in connection with the refinancing announced that the company will redeem all bonds in its EUR 50 million senior unsecured green bond, which Setterwalls also has assisted the company with.

The new agreement entails a significant reduction of the company’s financing costs.

Arise is one of Sweden’s leading independent companies within the renewable energy sector. The company has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2010.
