Setterwalls has assisted Contentus in a real estate transaction in Kristianstad
Setterwalls has represented Contentus in a disposal of the real properties Fältmarskalken 3, Söderberg 4 and Söderberg 5 in Kristianstad.
The properties consist of in total 86 apartments, app. 2,400 sq. m. retail and app. 10,600 sq. m. building rights. Singing and completion occurred on 1 October 2015.
