Setterwalls has assisted Eco Wave Power Global AB (publ) in connection with share issue

Setterwalls has assisted Eco Wave Power Global AB (publ) (“EWPG”) in connection with an issuance of approximately 2.4 million new common shares, whereby a single institutional investor purchased 300,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), each representing eight newly issued common shares of EWPG, at a public offering price of USD 10.00 per ADS. Eco Wave Power Global AB (publ)’s American Depositary Shares (WAVE) are traded on Nasdaq Capital Market in the United States.
