I have vast experience from advising in private and public transactions, such as Initial Public Offerings, public takeovers, rights issues, private placements and mergers & acquisitions within a broad range of sectors.

I focus on equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and company law and is part of Setterwalls’ specialist groups in these practice areas. I also advise listed as well as private companies and day-to-daycorporate law matters and often acts as chairman at shareholders’ meetings.
