Setterwalls has assisted Husvård Group Norden AB in connection with the acquisition of Tectorius AB

Setterwalls has assisted Husvård Group Norden AB in connection with its subsidiary’s acquisition of 91 percent of the outstanding shares in Tectorius AB.

Tectorius AB was founded in 2006 and conducts business throughout southern Sweden. The company is based in Jönköping and specializes in in roof cleaning and painting. In 2022, the company had a turnover of just over SEK 30 million with good profitability. The acquisition was carried out through Takteam i sydost AB, a wholly owned subsidiary of Husvård Group Norden AB.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Husvård Group Norden AB throughout the entire transaction process.
