Setterwalls has assisted SEB Private Equity in connection with the acquisition of Alarmtech, a leading niche company within development and manufacturing of high-quality security products.

Alarmtech is a leading niche company in the European intrusion alarm market, serving critical infrastructure across society. Alarmtech designs, manufactures, and sells certified high-security components such as magnetic contacts, shock and vibration sensors, glass break detectors and power supply units. With in-house product development and production, Alarmtech has built a strong reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and compatibility with all leading alarm systems. With a presence already in Sweden, Poland, Spain and France, Alarmtech is now aiming to further scale production, strengthen its organizational capabilities, and expand into new markets.
