Profile

Frida is a Managing Associate in Setterwalls’ Corporate group.

Frida focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate law. She advises Swedish and international companies and organisations across a wide range of industries on the full spectrum of transactional matters.

Her experience includes acquisitions, divestments, management buy-outs and corporate restructurings. Her work covers drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, coordinating due diligence processes and advising on deal structuring.

Private equity is a particular focus. Frida regularly advises private equity firms, portfolio companies, entrepreneurs and strategic investors through every phase of a transaction, from initial structuring and due diligence to signing, closing and post-closing matters.

She also advises on general corporate matters, including shareholders’ agreements, corporate governance and ongoing compliance with company law.
