Jon Meltzer

I have many years of experience in conflict management in a legal environment and lead Setterwalls’ dispute resolution group in Gothenburg.

I have extensive experience from both domestic and international arbitration and litigation. I have represented clients in disputes in many different areas such as M&A, shareholder and cooperation agreements, agency and distribution agreements, supply agreements, professional liability and damages as well as in a variety of industries such as insurance, trade, the entertainment industry, especially the gaming industry, and banking and finance. In addition to my experience as an attorney, I have several years of experience working as a judge in various courts, both in the Court of Appeal and the District Court.
