UP/UPC Update: Recruitment of judges reopens

Today, the Preparatory Committee of the Contracting Member States (UPC Preparatory Committee) reopens the recruitment of judges to the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Candidates who did not apply in 2016 now have the chance (whereas those who applied then will need to do nothing now). In addition, a three-language UPC logotype is launched. This constitutes another progressive signal showing that preparative work is taking place. Setterwalls are following the developments closely.
