Boka Doktorn is sold to CAB Group

The shareholders in Boka Doktorn International AB have transferred the majority of their shares to CAB Group AB.

Boka Doktorn supplies an internet-based service that enables information to be shared between insurance companies, call centres as well as connecting healthcare providers and patients in the Nordic region. The service includes bookings, communication, customer surveys and invoice processing. The Head Office is located in Gothenburg and the service is currently used by around 600 clinics and approximately 20 insurance companies.
