Setterwalls advised Gladsheim on the acquisition of a real estate portfolio from SBB
Gladsheim Fastigheter AB has acquired a portfolio consisting of 23 real estate properties with 920 residential apartments located in Finspång. The transaction value amounts to SEK 1.350 billion. SBB Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB is the seller.
