Folksam insurance group has through Folksam Liv acquired the site leasehold påsen 7 in Stockholm with a transaction value of MSEK 705. The site leasehold is located in Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm.
The Folksam group is one of the largest insurance groups in Sweden with invested assets of approx. BSEK 455.
