Setterwalls advises Maha Energy AB in connection with listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to Maha Energy AB in connection with the listing of the Company’s A-shares on Nasdaq Stockholm’s main market.

Maha Energy AB is an international upstream oil and gas company whose business activities include exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas. The strategy is to target and develop underperforming hydrocarbon assets on global basis. Maha operates oil fields in Brazil and in the United States, and was recently awarded an exploration block in the Sultanate of Oman. The Company’s A-shares have been listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market since 2016. First day of trading in the Company’s A-shares on Nasdaq Stockholm was on 17 December 2020.
