In my day-to-day work, I assist Swedish and foreign companies across multiple industries, mainly in connection with and concerning acquisitions and divestments, investments and equity financings, incentive programs, restructurings and corporate law matters in a broad sense. I regularly work with private equity and venture capital firms, as well as industrial companies.
