Sunniva is a Senior Associate and member of the Swedish Bar Association in Setterwalls’ Corporate group.

Sunniva advises Swedish and international companies, mainly on M&A and corporate law. She works with clients across a wide range of industries, including private equity and venture capital investors as well as industrial players.

Her work focuses on acquisitions and divestments of companies and businesses, investments and capital raisings. She also advises on incentive programmes and restructurings. Alongside her transactional work, she advises on a broad range of corporate law matters.
