Setterwalls advises Rejlers AB (publ) in cross-border merger between the listed companies Rejlers AB (publ) and Multiconsult ASA

The combination creates a leading pan-Nordic multidisciplinary consultancy group, with a leading position within Energy and Industry, with close to 8,000 employees and a market capitalisation of close to SEK 8 billion. The merger constitutes one of the largest Nordic cross-border mergers of equals in recent times. The new group will be named Multiconsult Rejlers and will, in addition to its existing listing on Nasdaq Stockholm, also be listed on Oslo Børs.

Completion of the merger is conditional upon, inter alia, the required regulatory approvals and approval from the companies’ shareholders.
