Setterwalls advises Serneke in connection with the public takeover bid from Doxa

Doxa Aktiebolag (publ) has announced a public takeover bid to the shareholders of SERNEKE Group AB (publ) to transfer all of the shares in Serneke to Doxa. Setterwalls advises Serneke in connection with the public takeover bid.

Doxa offers six Doxa shares for each class B share in Serneke. The total offer thus amounts to approximately SEK 1,020 million. Serneke is one of Sweden’s largest construction groups with a comprehensive offer within construction and project development. The class B shares in Serneke are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
