Setterwalls has acted as legal advisor to AAC Clyde Space in connection with a private placement

AAC Clyde Space carries out, conditional on approval from the extraordinary general meeting, a private placement directed to Swedish and international institutional investors in the approximate amount of SEK 100 million after an “accelerated book-building” procedure.
