Setterwalls has advised Adapta Fastigheter AB on the divestment of the shopping center Kongahälla Center to Alecta.

Setterwalls has advised Adapta Fastigheter AB on the divestment of its ownership interest in the property Kungälv Handelsboden 1, also known as Kongahälla Center, to Alecta. The transaction results in the termination of the existing joint venture between Adapta Fastigheter AB and Alecta Tjänstepension Ömsesidigt, with Alecta becoming the sole owner of the property. Closing is expected to take place in March 2026.

Kongahälla Center was completed in 2019 and comprises a four-storey building with approximately 40,000 sqm of lettable area. The shopping center is the leading destination in northern Greater Gothenburg, centrally located with direct access to the E6 and attracting around 4 million visitors annually.
