Setterwalls has advised Art-Invest Real Estate on the acquisition of three properties in Barkarbystaden

Setterwalls has advised Art-Invest Real Estate on the acquisition of three properties in Barkarbystaden, comprising 158 newly built and fully let apartments. The properties were acquired from Åke Sundvall and OBOS on behalf of one of Art-Invest’s institutional investment funds. These newly constructed residential buildings are located in one of Sweden’s largest and most expansive urban development areas, with a strategic location next to the new subway station expected to be completed in 2027.
