Setterwalls has advised Curando Nordic AB (”Curando”) in connection with a rights issue of approximately SEK 17.5 million before issue costs.

Curando is a Swedish provider of health services to companies and individuals. Curando offers an open, unbound and broad digital platform for collecting a company’s health services and health data in one place to streamline and make visible health work within companies as well as delivery of third-party services regarding health to companies. Through the rights issue, Curando receives issue proceeds of approximately SEK 17.5 million before issue costs.
