Setterwalls has successfully advised one of the United Kingdom’s largest active asset managers in a major construction dispute in Malmö.

In an extensive construction project regarding the construction of, i.a., a hotel in Malmö, a dispute arose regarding delays and defects in the construction. The construction was contracted and financed by one of the United Kingdom’s largest active asset managers. Setterwalls has successfully represented the British asset manager in the dispute.
