Setterwalls has advised Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Rekab Entreprenad AB at a purchase price of 230 million SEK.

Wästbygg Gruppen AB (publ) has entered into agreement to acquire all shares in Rekab Entreprenad AB, one of the leading construction companies in northern Sweden with local offices in Umeå, Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik, Skellefteå and Luleå. Rekab Entreprenad AB employs 175 people and mainly conducts business related to the construction and development of community service properties and commercial buildings. The purchase price amounts to SEK 230 million on a debt-free basis, comprising a cash payment of SEK 147.2 million and SEK 82.8 million through the repurchase and transfer of own shares.
