I advise Swedish and international enterprises, as well as public authorities, primarily in matters concerning EU & competition law, anti-corruption and regulatory issues.

As part of Setterwalls’ Compliance & Investigations team, I assist clients in managing and mitigating operational risks as regards e.g. corruption and competition law. Furthermore, I conduct independent investigations into suspected wrongdoing. I have broad experience of all kinds of competition law matters including merger control, review of agreements and collaborations, abuse of a dominant position and anti-competitive sales activities by public entities.

In addition, I represent clients in various regulatory matters, especially related to the Life Sciences sector.
