Abrdn has divested a retail portfolio to Svenska Handelsfastigheter

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel to Abrdn and their local partner DEAS in the divestment of a retail portfolio. The portfolio contains three real properties located in strong retail parks in Malmö, Uppsala and Linköping. The portfolio has a total lettable area amounting to 23,000 sqm. Svenska Handelsfastigheter was the purchaser.

Abrdn is one of the world’s largest fund managers with approximately £495bn under management with a large portion invested in real estate.
