Setterwalls has assisted Catena in the sale of a warehouse and logistics property to Alwex

Setterwalls has assisted Catena in the sale of a real property located in Växjö on the Räppe industrial area. The transaction was completed through a transfer of the property-owning company.

The real property has a land area of ​​188,515 sq.m. and with a lettable area of ​​68,580 sq.m. Alwex Lager & Logistik AB is today the largest tenant on the property with a contract that expires 2024. The agreed underlying market value of the real property amounts to SEK 260,000,000.
