Setterwalls has assisted Coor Service Management with the acquisition of Norrlands Miljövård

Norrlands Miljövård is a market leading facility management company in northern Sweden with 15 operating sites from Gävle to Kiruna. Norrlands Miljövård has approximately 500 employees and has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 250 million. The acquisition complements and strengthens Coor’s existing operations, both in terms of geographical spread and competence within facility management. The total purchase price (on a cash- and debt-free basis) amounts to SEK 185 million and is fully financed within the limits of Coor’s existing financing. The transaction is conditioned upon a usual Competition Authority validation process.
