Setterwalls has assisted Dedicare in connection with the acquisition of KonZenta

Setterwalls has assisted Dedicare AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of KonZenta Aps, a company active in the field of medical staffing in the Danish and Swedish markets.

The transaction encompassed all outstanding shares in KonZenta. Dedicare is of the Nordic region’s largest staffing companies in health care and social work with operations in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
