Setterwalls has assisted Fontavis in connection with its acquisition of the wind farm Stigshöjden from OX2

Setterwalls has assisted Fontavis AG in its acquisition of the wind farm Stigshöjden from OX2.

Stigshöjden is situated in the municipality of Örnsköldsvik in northern Sweden. Setterwalls has also assisted in the negotiations regarding the grid connection agreement with E.ON, turbine supply agreement and service and support agreement with Vestas and civil work agreement with Mobjer. Fontavis is an independent asset manager and investment advisor that specialises in investments in clean energy and infrastructure in Switzerland and certain countries in Northern and Western Europe.
