Setterwalls has assisted Nordic Lift AB in further continuing its acquisition and growth journey through the acquisition of all shares in Rikshiss Service AB.

Nordic Lift AB has acquired all shares in Rikshiss Service AB. Rikshiss Service AB, headquartered in Mölndal outside Gothenburg, preforms service, maintenance and rebuilding of all types of lifts in western Sweden. With the acquisition, Nordic Lift AB broadens and complements the operations of the Nordic Lift group’s other companies in the region and strengthens its geographical presence in the market.
