Setterwalls has assisted Nordisk Bergteknik in connection with the acquisition of Torbjörn Sundh Entreprenad

Setterwalls has assisted Nordisk Bergteknik AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of the Umeå based Torbjörn Sundh Entreprenad Aktiebolag, a company that offers contracting services in infrastructure and construction.

Nordisk Bergteknik broadens the offering and strengthens its market position in Norrland through the acquisition of all shares in Torbjörn Sundh Entreprenad Aktiebolag, that was founded in 1990 and offers services in infrastructure and construction contracts, as well as operation and maintenance of the transport network. The purchase price amounts to SEK 138 million and is paid through SEK 108 million in cash, SEK 20 million through reinvestments in shares in Nordisk Bergteknik and SEK 10 million in a seller promissory note.

Setterwalls has acted as legal counsel for Nordisk Bergteknik throughout the entire transaction process.
