Setterwalls has assisted Omegapoint with the acquisition of Integrationsbolaget and Molnbolaget

Setterwalls has assisted the IT consultancy company Omegapoint with the acquisition of Integrationsbolaget Sverige AB and Molnbolaget Sverige AB, two companies with niched expertise in system integration, operations and management. Through the acquisition, Omegapoint expands its offering, strengthens its market position within secure digitalization and expands geographically.

Integrationsbolaget and Molnbolaget are two growing companies with about 60 employees based in Örebro and Stockholm. Integrationsbolaget has expert competence in system integration on leading technologies in the cloud and on-premises, while Molnbolaget is an independent party for services and platforms in the cloud where the offer consists of assisting customers to choose a technical solution, build a cloud environment and conduct the management.

All sellers will continue to be partners in the group as they have reinvested part of the purchase price in Omegapoint.
