Setterwalls has assisted Omegapoint with the acquisition of ITverket

Setterwalls has assisted the IT consultancy company Omegapoint with the acquisition of ITverket AS, a company active in the same field of business as Omegapoint.

ITverket, a company specialised in e,g., systems integration and development, has around 120 employees and is based in Oslo, Norway. Through the acquisition, Omegapoint grows geographically and also strengthens its competence and ability to assist customers on the entire Nordic market.

The majority of the sellers will continue to be partners in the group as they have reinvested part of the purchase price in Omegapoint.
