Setterwalls has assisted PEQ Invest II AB in connection with the sale of Veddestagruppen AB to Posti Group

Setterwalls has assisted PEQ Invest II AB and the other shareholders in connection with the sale of all outstanding shares in Veddestagruppen AB to Posti Group. Veddestagruppen AB and its subsidiaries will be integrated with Aditro Logistics, which is owned by Posti Group.

The Veddesta Group, which consist of Veddestagruppen AB and five subsidiaries, is a group with around 300 employees that offers services within contract logistics, transport, field services, and temporary employment.
